04 Monitor

An agency administrator handles setup.

The founding pilot is available only to approved customers. The administrator chooses which client accounts can use AgencyFlow.

01

Install for the agency

An agency owner or administrator opens the approved installation link and selects the intended client accounts.

02

Review permissions

AgencyFlow requests read-only location and conversation-message permissions plus permissions needed to manage installation tokens.

03

Open AgencyFlow

Open AgencyFlow from the left navigation. The app verifies administrator access before showing the agency portfolio.

04

Set the target

Choose 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. New inbound conversations will appear in the waiting or attention queue based on that target.

Revenue Guard measures timing without storing content.

The current release receives inbound and outbound message events, then stores the client-account identifier, normalized channel, timestamps, response status, and hashed contact and conversation identifiers.

Message bodies, names, email addresses, phone numbers, sender and recipient fields, and attachments are discarded before queueing. Full webhook bodies are not logged or stored.

Check these four items first.

If the problem continues, send support the visible error and approximate time.

01

Page will not connect

Open AgencyFlow from inside HighLevel while signed in as an agency owner or administrator.

02

Account is not listed

Confirm that AgencyFlow is installed for that client account, then wait briefly for the installation event to process.

03

Reconnect required

The installation must approve the current read-only location and conversation-message permissions.

04

No events appear

Confirm that inbound and outbound message events are enabled for the app, then send a test message through an authorized sandbox account.

Account control

Remove access or request deletion.

The disconnect guide explains uninstall steps, token removal, retained metadata, deletion requests, and the separate billing-cancellation step used by future paid plans.
