Who is AgencyFlow for?
AgencyFlow is for agency owners and operations staff responsible for lead response across several HighLevel client accounts.
Do I need a separate CRM account?
Yes. AgencyFlow connects to a supported third-party CRM. The CRM subscription and AgencyFlow are separate products.
Who can install it?
An agency owner or administrator handles installation and chooses the client accounts where AgencyFlow is available.
What does Revenue Guard monitor?
It uses inbound and outbound message events to measure whether a conversation received a response within the agency's selected target. The current choices are 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
Does it store message content or contact details?
No. AgencyFlow discards message bodies, names, email addresses, phone numbers, sender and recipient fields, and attachments. It retains hashed routing identifiers, channel, timestamps, response status, and the client-account identifier.
How much does the founding pilot cost?
The founding plan is $49 per agency each month with a 14-day free trial and no setup fee. There is no separate sub-account price at launch. The paid subscription begins after the trial unless it is canceled through the Marketplace billing controls. Applying does not create a charge.
How quickly does support respond?
Support replies within one business day, Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Security reports are reviewed as soon as practical.
How do I uninstall or request deletion?
You can uninstall through the CRM application settings and contact Construct Labs to request deletion of retained account metadata. The disconnect guide explains what happens next.
